Keynote speakers
Hear from our exciting Keynote Speakers as they discuss challenges at the very forefront of psychological research and its application in the workplace, with topics including goal setting, motivation, performance appraisal and training; positive psychological capital, behaviour modification and authentic leadership; the phenomenon of the ‘glass cliff’ and how it impacts women and other minority groups in leadership positions; and innovation and the factors that affect creativity training effectiveness in the workplace.
Mindfulness session
Interested in mindfulness? If so, come along to our Mindfulness Tester Sessions on Thursday and Friday mornings between 9am-9.15am. Experience Mindfulness sitting meditation to start the day with greater awareness: Learn to be in the present moment, settling and gathering the mind by focusing on the breath. Experience moments of wholeness beneath the surface agitations of the mind. A 10 minutes exercise followed by 5 minutes self-reflection on own practice.
